Growing revenue, shrinking clarity

Most SMEs don't fail because of one big mistake — they drift because dozens of small decisions were made without a clear view of the numbers underneath. Pricing gets set by copying competitors or by gut feel. Operating costs creep up quietly as the team scales. New markets get entered on optimism rather than a tested model, and the true cost of acquiring and serving a customer stays fuzzy. The result is familiar: sales are up but margins are thin, everyone is busy but nothing feels efficient, and every growth decision carries hidden risk because nobody can say with confidence whether a given customer, product or channel actually pays for itself. When you can't measure the unit, you can't fix the whole.

How we work with you

We start by rebuilding the picture of how your business earns money — contribution per unit, the real cost to serve, and where fixed and variable costs sit. From there we identify the leaks worth fixing first, ranked by impact and effort, so you are not chasing marginal savings while ignoring structural ones. For growth and market entry, we pressure-test the model before you commit budget: demand assumptions, pricing that protects your margin, and the operational capacity you'll actually need. Everything is tied back to a growth plan that fits your resources — no headcount you can't afford, no strategy your team can't run. The goal is always the same: decisions you understand, can defend, and can implement without a consultant standing over your shoulder.

What you gain

The engagement, step by step

Do I need to already track detailed numbers before we start?

No. Many of the businesses we work with have incomplete or scattered data. Part of the early work is reconstructing a reliable picture of your unit economics and cost structure from whatever you have — invoices, timesheets, sales records. If anything, coming in with gaps is normal, and closing them is part of the value.

What size of company is this consultancy for?

We focus on small and mid-sized companies — typically owner-led or manager-led businesses past the earliest survival stage but not large enough to have a full internal strategy or finance function. If you're making growth, pricing or expansion decisions without a clear model underneath them, you're the right fit.

Will you tell me to cut staff to reduce costs?

Cutting headcount is rarely our first recommendation. Most operating cost problems come from process, sequencing and pricing, not from the size of the team. We look for efficiency and margin gains that don't depend on losing capacity you'll need again when you grow.

How is market entry consultancy different from a market study?

A market study tells you a market exists. Our work tells you whether entering it makes sense for your specific cost structure and capacity, at what price you can compete without eroding margin, and what operational load the move would put on your business. It's tied to your numbers, not just the market's.

Do you actually help implement, or just hand over a report?

We deliver a plan designed to be executed with the team and resources you have, and we stay available to support and adjust as it rolls out. The point is a plan that moves, not a document that gathers dust.
